Privacy Policy

BeeHQ (beehq.app) is a private personal health and budgeting app owned and operated by Queen Bee Travel Buds, a sole proprietorship. BeeHQ is not open to the public. New sign-ups are turned off, and only the owner can use the app.

BeeHQ stores the information the owner enters herself, such as her name, email address, mobile phone number, reminder settings (start time, stop time, glass size, time zone), water intake logs, and other health, budget and planner entries.

Information is used only to run BeeHQ for its owner: to show her own data, to send the reminders she turns on, and to keep the app secure. The mobile phone number is used only to send the water reminder text messages she asked for.

When the owner turns on “Text me reminders” in BeeHQ (Health → Water), she agrees to receive recurring water reminder texts from BeeHQ (Queen Bee Travel Buds), about every 1½–2 hours during the hours she chooses, until her daily water goal is met. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. Reminders can also be turned off in the app at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell, rent or trade phone numbers or personal information. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to run the app (for example, Twilio to deliver text messages and our secure hosting provider), and only for that purpose.

BeeHQ is protected by a password login, and data is kept only as long as the owner keeps using the app. The owner can change or delete her phone number and reminder settings at any time.
